You can depend on the HP-series from POLYCRAFT-PUF  to accurately control temperatures, meter, mix and dispense multiple component, unfilled reactive chemical systems at high pressures.
HP-series high pressure machines are available for Output from 40 to 200 Kg. per minute with metering accuracy up to plus or minus 1/2 percent. and variable ratio between 1:5 to 5:1. 2500 PSI mixing pressure is standard, higher pressures can be specified.
The HP-series modular design delivers extreme flexibility, allowing for many different configurations and production environments including interfacing to molding conveyors, turntables or stationary mold clamps. Engineered with the customer in mind, packaging
begins with the base system designed for a lab or start-up venture, to a highly integrated system for full-service manufacturing facilities. The customer-driven flexibility defines the HP-series.
HP-series machines features components flow rate automatic adjustment and are power by a PLC. This machines are suitable to process polyurethane foams based on HCFC's, HFC's, water blown with or without co-blowing agent and liquid Carbon Dioxide.
